Having a different work experience, living within a new community, and eventually considering a change of location and lifestyle. These are some of the objectives of the team working with João Carreira, currently dedicated to growing Rural Move.
Created in the midst of the pandemic with the ultimate goal of keeping people in sparsely populated areas in Portugal, the project currently has three pilot programs underway in different parts of the country. The idea is to scale up the concept and, above all, the experiences of remote work in rural areas, outside of large urban centers.
