As CEO, Jane Hoffer initiated and led companies through the creation, growth, acquisition, and public exit stages (Prescient). He has previously served as President, COO, CBO (Chief Business Officer), and has complemented the CEO and their leadership teams.
It formed partnerships to grow teams, raise capital (US$ 80+ million), improve operational efficiency, penetrate new and existing markets, and position itself for the next phase of its business (littleBits, Heartwork, Veniam). In 2019, she decided to move to Portugal and start her latest venture: becoming the leader and CEO of GoWithFlow.
